And to be honest, I don't understand why you wouldn't want to sell your property where you don't actually live, where windows are boarded up and the property is destroyed.

Professional , honest, high quality, slave driver with his crew, does not make excuses, does what I tell him.

Of course I can't say if this was true or that this seller was being completely honest.

Just be honest.

If they've been good tenants and have been upfront and honest about the situation, no use in kicking the unemployed tenant while they're down.

Need answers ASAP with this busy holiday season and all these packages being stolen..Honestly, I really feel like not accusing them but going over there and putting a huge sign up that says " do not have packages delivered to this building, we have a thief among us".. email me to get address to send packages and I will bring them to you...
