I learned about REI from YouTube / bigger pockets / other investors , college had no influence at all.

It was a bit outdated however and it was obvious that the developers had no intention of coming out with new updates or integrations.  

If all you did in a year was a single fix & flip and had no other source of income it computes one way, but that isn't realistic.You still have to have money to pay bills and survive and go onto the next flip.

Mobile home parks had no dip at all in the last recession. 

For some further context, up until this point, we’ve had no issues with these tenants and they’ve been in the unit for roughly 8 years.

The only opinion that matters is that of the Judge.I'm not a lawyer, and this was several years ago so I don't remember the fine point details, but essentially they argued that I didn't have equitable interest because I had no intention of ever purchasing the home. 

During 08/09 my rents in Redondo didn't go down and I had no trouble finding new tenants. 

So I buy turnkeys, and the turnkey option is why I was able to get into REI in the first place (when I realized I could avoid all that stuff I had no interest in doing).

Say a property has had no flooding issues in the past….how do you feel about investing in an area like this, that was built on a riverbed, that is particularly vulnerable to climate change in the longer term?
