I have an Architectural Engineering degree from Missouri S&T, 6 years of experience with a Project Engineer role in commercial construction companies, and a knack for interior design.

A little about me, I have a strong Project Manager personality type and background in Design.

What I love the most is designing things though.

It is definitely not designed with the intent of estimating repair costs as an REI.  

There is a concrete product out there that is specifically designed for second story balconies/walk ways. 

If you give me the dimensions of the kitchen/living room and a rough floorplan drawing I could whip you up a 3d design pretty quickly illustrating what I'm talking about.
