It didn't help that they also doubled the state gas tax from 18 to 36 cents beg 7/1.My wife and I picked up and moved to Indy area (Brownsburg) and really see lot more opportunities not to mention property taxes are much more manageable.

Just joined yesterday and I'm currently making time to read the starting guide.I did have a question about dividing up utilities in this home my wife and I are looking at purchasing.It is a duplex and currently the electric is tracked separately, but the gas, sewer and water are shared.

one thing you can do is simply don't buy homes with basements.. older homes basements will always leak will always have some cracking etc..
