We have one rental in Jacksonville FL and are waiting on the Rental assistance program to kick in for our tenant who hasn't paid her rent in about 5 months.  

For my VA clients, I always call the listing agent to discuss the program and make sure they are educated.

Based on customer service, website design and functionally, any problems, tech support, company philosophy, etc.....?

They also mentioned getting reimbursed for the months they paid rent where they didn't have the bathroom functional.  

Some programs will allow you to refinance based off purchase price + documented repairs but the sure fire way to get the maximum amount of cash out is to wait the full 6 months. 

I know some have training programs etc but is there a huge advantage working for CBRE or Marcus & Millichap vs a successful boutique focusing its effort on a specific prop type in only a few cities?

No handle, just your name unless your in witness protection program. 

@Tucker Cummings  There has been a few pieces of inaccurate information so I want to clear those up.  1- It is true FHA has no limit on the number of properties you own, they do however have language that you cannot use the program to build a rental portfolio.

We are currently searching for a multi-family property to help the program grow.

I started off going through that program last year and it’s plentiful of information.
