A recession is nothing to fear , in fact it is a great opportunity to buy and increase your portfolio *if you are prepared

I just bought David Greene's book on long distance RE investing because I know that the midwest holds a lot of opportunity as far as minimal market fluctuations and cheaper properties. 

I saw so many opportunities there but just don't have the cash.Any ideas on any cash partners?

I have zero experience investing in properties/homes and primarily am seeking first for my family but also interested in investing.Recently I stumbled upon a potential investment opportunity that is a bit beyond me. 

I'm also hoping for the opportunity to help out fellow investors so I can gain some of their insight and learn along side them as they develop their portfolios.

I look forward to listening to more podcasts as well as getting more insight from others via the forums and marketplace opportunities.

What you are seeing as problems most people from the west coast see as opportunities.

Luckily a lot of things in Hawaii can be found by word of mouth since it's a smaller community here, so I guess it's just a matter of meeting the right people as well and keeping our eyes open for an opportunity.
