Finalizing a deal for a 6-unit property in upstate NY. 

Hello everyone,I am finally ready to invest in a rental property and my goal is to get one property by the end of the year.Anyways, I need to setup a California LLC (I have a business and assets I want to protect) and am wondering is there anything “special” / different I need to do when setting it up for real estate investing….I just want to make sure I don’t make any mistakes with the setup…I have 2 LLCs now, but both are for e-commerce.Thank you!  

We could take our 18 months left and make it 3 yrs, still get the house paid off soon, AND finally get in the habit of getting paid in this 10 yr old business that has so far paid almost nothing.   

I did realize the full potential of the property finally though.

I need help to finalize current exterior paint project.

I'm 23 years old, and I finally have the time and money to invest in the Real Estate business...But how do I find the niche that's right for me?

IF I were bidding this (I wouldn't) I would increase my final numbers by about 20% to cover any oooops that occurred under your watch.

If you check the area where the leak seems you may find it is due to something simple such as a "popped nail" (if a shingle roof).
