@Buyan Thyagarajan hi, my favorite sites are apartments.com (which auto posts to a few others), zillow.com (which auto posts to a few others) and i actually still use craigslist although it has gone downhill a bit recently. make sure you have quality pictures. it is usually worth hiring a professional photographer. good pictures are a game changer.also, making your written text attractive and more readable is important too. for example, if i hadn’t of broken up this message to you into three parts and just left it a big huge paragraph, it’s far less attractive to the reader.

This is one of my favorite strategies in real estate!

my favorites are Stand Up Jetskiing, Snow Skiing, Fly Fishing,mountain biking and pretty much anything with a motor.REI Interest: I have a been a big proponent of forums ever since I got into cars back in high school many moons ago.

My favorite private lenders is really slow and travels a lot, so I have had this a couple times. 

It is my favorite lock if the building does not provide wifi.

Invest passively or semi-passively #5 and #7 are my favorite paths.

So far my favorite read has been BRRRR by David Greene.

I still see this as a challenge because this is my least favorite activity.Again, I would love to hand all these non-desirable tasks (for me) to someone else.  

As far as negotiation, I made the sellers aware of all their options and let them pick their favorite, which happened to be sell to me.
