He discussed this case.The big issue:These agents took the listing.In one example they received an offer at $150KThey did not tell the lender OR THE SELLER about the offer.They set up another buyer to make an offer below the initial $150K offer.They purchased and sold to the buyer with the original offer.Ron called it "frontrunning" because they stole the initial offer from the seller.They also failed to disclose and committed fraud.The lesson?
