I paid another designer during COVID shut down and we worked completely online.

We are getting ready to see a large number of home owners lose homes due to COVID and the COVID forbearance mortgage payment relief ending. 

., Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Alibaba, Microsoft, Google and a handful of very well managed REITs and other stocks like STOR and maybe MPW), and "most importantly" by buying very heavily into them during mass panic sell offs, either market general sell offs like the end of 2018, the COVID crash, or stock specific sell offs that can occur for any number of reasons. 

Especially, with the current COVID situation and people losing out on jobs, its better to have 2 months of security. 

I know COVID has slowed so much down but the best thing anyone can do in this business is networking.

If Covid restrictions don't allow it right now, do so when they do.

Were considering a rent a room situation for college students, especially now that covid appears to be beginning to wind down.

. - is there still an eviction moratorium in effect due to covid-19? 

Most students like to rent with their friends, plus COVID, I'm not too sure how many people would be willing to rent one room.
