I’ve own 2 homes first own I had for year and sold it got 8k in Equity, then bought another house (still own and renting) and I’ve own this house since 2018 and so far am about 30k in equity, both of these houses I bought are in Tucson Az ... can anyone give me advice if you see where and what am trying to do in this field... any advice be great.

Someone who does not spend 40-50 hours a week in this field would not offer that focus.

I will continue to do my wholesale activities but wanted to reach out and see if there was anyway too expedite my in the field education.

How did you go about creating a Property Management business with no experience in the field?
