Staring your Real Estate Portfolio with Rental Properties

Posted

As a realtor in the Orlando, FL area, my passion is working with investors. I have analyzed the market extensively and see tremendous return and potential for both long and short term rentals in my area. Not sure how to market to investors and get the information out there regarding these amazing opportunities. Any Suggestions?

@Jordan Monaghan thank you for the reply! I want to focus on foreign investors being that I am Brazilian and know the Orlando market attracts a lot of foreigners. But I am not opposed to working with local investors of course. Any advice on where I could find local meet-ups that cater to this field?
