The RE agent serves as his eyes and ears locally, as we're both in different parts of the country.

I have open ears and would love to learn as much as I can.

As far as the disclosure I'm assuming you're looking at this from the perspective that fall under a neighborhood noise problem or nuisance? 

Awesome thought with having other trades be eyes and ears if need be, as well as the electronic locks.

We pay for school breakfast and lunch because a child cannot learn if they cannot hear themselves think over the noise from their stomach.
