I think looking at our properties collectively, at the portfolio level (even if you only have a few doors), is going to be important going forward.

So this 1 house has made the acquisition of 4 other doors possible up to this point.

hmm;  I sold doors & window for ~year and learned a lot - - also have an apt with casements - - just hate'm.Nail-up (ie new construction) need code inspection on the install, as the exterior needs flashing.
