Is it okay to call owner instead of yellow campaigning
Hey BP family , I found a couple beat up properties that are still being occupied near my community . Is it okay if I call the owner instead of waiting to hear back from a a yellow letter campaign ?

I personally wouldn't do it because I'm afraid of running afoul of the do not call law.
