Do so in writing and send the letter referencing the prepayment and send the letter USPS certified, put your copies in a filing folder and hang on and wait.

Of course, you can't legally break into their website database and download information, but if someone wants to give their information to you at the property, it's yours to have. 

They are paid resources, but produce free quarterly reports you can download. 

Maybe a simple folder with a copy of the lease, and its addendums, and basic maintenance information.

A few days ago, I downloaded the "Simple Waterfall Model - Private Equity" spreadsheet in the files vault section, that was created by Bryan Hancock.

I even had to download parallels, windows vista to run it on my mac.
