How's it going BP, I've decided to began Bird-Dogging deals until I build more knowledge on REI.

I don't typically allow pets in my rentals but if I make an exception and the tenant has a dog, I require them to carry renter's insurance with a significant liability limit and name me as an additional insured.

I have seen what I would consider corrupt behavior/bid rigging from Association Managers but never a board.

I am a new wholesaler that is currently recruiting some bird dogs to look for vacant properties.

I know a family who had 6 dogs and cats.

Maybe some more seasoned investors can help talk me out of that behavior!
