Why are you making the distinction on investment in such a one dimensional way?

The valuation and market value of a multi family property differs from a single family and you want someone that understands the distinctions if you go that route.

This is all done with restrictions on the dangerous breeds and number of pets allowed.

When evaluating options and doing research you will see there are two distinct paths to achieve this.

I.e. the south end of Hartford is WAY different than the north end, which is much more dangerous.

I do not think the entire city is dangerous but there are some places that it does not matter who you are or what you know.

I would not consider any city on the top 100 most dangerous cities list.

Just running the numbers could be dangerous as the projections are often off a bit.
