I am in the market to purchase my first rental property. I currently live in Long Island, New York and am looking to invest in New London, Connecticut. I am looking to connect with anyone that has experience in the Connecticut area.

Welcome to the site. There are a few people on BP that invest in New London. I am have a couple buildings there. We have a small group that meets once a month; we have been meeting via Zoom.
