.- A bathroom was added.- Exterior siding and all new windows. - Total private money in the deal $104,000.- The whole project took only took 4 weeks to complete.- The home went pending twice with the same agent causing delays and additional hold costs. 

They also mentioned getting reimbursed for the months they paid rent where they didn't have the bathroom functional.  

The property is only 650 ft square foot and has 1 bed, 1 bathroom.

I replaced the roof, water tank, updated, electrical, updated the kitchen, refinished and stained the original hardwood floors, renovated the bathroom, Basically I did a total renovation!

Does anyone have any insights on how much we should budget for cosmetic rehab (i.e kitchen/bathroom upgrades, etc)?

I'm looking to remodel a couple bathrooms in a single family home, does anyone have any good remodelers they've had experiences with that could GC most of the work.

But the difference between the true discount for being a coop ( unpopular ownership type) and the closing of the discount for condo ownership will be a windfall gain, less legal, accounting ,marketing and other conversion fees.

New flooring, paint, counters, bathroom updated, kitchen updated, new appliances, maintained landscaping really well.What was the outcome?
