To me the answer would depend on how easy it is for you to get financing for REI (assuming you want to get into it) and how much it will cost you to go to university/college.By both going to college and REIing with your 200k you will have a balanced portfolio.

Thank you for the piece of advice I appreciate it, I try to be as motivated as possible, but then again you know what society says, REI is tight, inflation makes it difficult, too much competition.To be quite honest I want to do this badly, because I know I have the potential.How ever what would you suggest me?

I guess I have scarcity mentality.2) Is there a formula for assessing how much risk is smart, not in terms of comfort level but balancing the numbers, such as: how much credit card debt you have and years to retirement.
