Has anyone used CIX for funding ??

I have about 100K in equity in my multi which I'm house hacking.I am looking for banks that will work in NJ area who will HELOC at 100% or 95% to fund my next flip / multi investment. - I know Huntingon does 100% but they're in Ohio and don't do work in NJ as well as some others I came across.Your help/recommendations are much appreciated!

The seller has agreed to sell me the property if I can find funding he is willing to cover down payment with a seller second.

It's common for people to withhold funds and hope you'll never sue.

Typically, the loan mods that I've seen from the banks and hedge funds involve "deferred principal," and only modify the note and not the Deed of Trust or the Mortgage.  

I will be using private lending and potentially hard money to fund these projects/investments. 

How can I get a realtor to work with me if I don't have proof of funds? 

Can my SD IRA LLC lend funds to someone that I'm a 50/50 business partner with to buy an income producing 2-Family house?

I wouldn’t refi unless I use the funds to invest more not to retain my capital and let it sit and feel safe.
