The lot is 1.62 acres, with great visibility, being on the corner of one of the main entrances to the mall.

I suppose if the place was a red hot commercial shop on a city corner you might have people lining up to rent through the renovations.

The major work required is a roof leak in one corner of the house that has damaged the drywall and wood floor.

Outside on the street and in the underground parking garage we have a huge crime problem, its a daily occurence to have to the police onsite to arrest someone, to have maintenance reapir/clean up vandalism, and to have homeless camping/urinating/defecating/in the corners.

There are too many folks out there cutting corners, especially when no one is watching.

I agree, not the litigious type, but will have my attorney review the leases when I get closer to closing....I just did a similar acquisition right around the corner, but those leases were loose and month to month, so that was an easier transition. 

I was asking because I have 3 lots around the corner from Lathrope.

Being a corner property, I rotated the property so that the previous side, was now the front property line and was able to subdivide into 4 lots.
