They are all in class A communities and have very to zero turn over in the last 5-7 years.

Try and find a Local Community Bank, Credit Union, etc.Raymond

The homes I visited were built by regional and national builders in master planned communities, this one with a golf course.  

It has support posts, but the structure is only bolted on to the brick of the building, whereas, a good long term solution would be to drill through the brick, hit a stud, and attach the structure to the stud.
