My HELOC with PNC is not interest only - the monthly payment includes interest and principle payback.btw if you want to rehab for section 8 tenants you need to remove all the lead paint and get a lead safe certificate from section 8 - are aware of that process?

However, maybe since service/emotional support dogs generally don't require a certification for housing the tenant already knew this and didn't tell you.

From what I've read my documented background may or may not be enough to get a CAM certification. 12 months on site experience is what I read.http://m.naahq.org/learn/education/certified-apart...I figure if I can do the job that someday I'll pay others to do, a bank will take me seriously when I ask for a loan because I'll have a real estate license, a CAM certificate and a W-2 for income.

@Jeff Brower  so help me out here.. why would a city be looking at a house... if your just reselling a home.. are you saying you need to have a C of O   Certificate of Occupancy like a new construction to simply transfer title ???
