(Seasonal)Worked some dumb jobs over winter and took a month off, then I just started back up on Construction last month and now im making about 5500 NET a month..I have not enough credit to even get a credit card..I have bills , Rent, Insurance, Cable/Internet, Cell phone, etc all PAID FULL on time for the last 6 months, So if that counts...Before that I had a cell phone for 3 years always paid on time..Anyways , doubtful?

This morning I've already been on the phone, talking to a broker who has another multiunit listing in the same city and basically just trying to get more information about the market.As far as not having any brains, I actually think that I'm relatively intelligent (I went to a top tier eastern college, have a law degree and have been working in private practice doing high end estate planning and probate for 8 years) and going about this in a fairly reasonable way.

Sorry for the sarcasm...I just had a cup of coffee...If you have the right property manager, which you can find out in a conversation with them over the phone, you will never have to worry about who is watching your house.

No one seems to know when it will either.Not an hour later the phone rings again and a boatload of RE unrelated personal problems drop into my lap....When it rains it pours I guess.I just went to the fridge to pour myslef a nice stiff cold drink...But guess what?

Then use anywho.com to maybe find phone numbers...You might be able to use the recorders site to search for other information, too.
