(Seasonal)Worked some dumb jobs over winter and took a month off, then I just started back up on Construction last month and now im making about 5500 NET a month..I have not enough credit to even get a credit card..I have bills , Rent, Insurance, Cable/Internet, Cell phone, etc all PAID FULL on time for the last 6 months, So if that counts...Before that I had a cell phone for 3 years always paid on time..Anyways , doubtful?

This morning I've already been on the phone, talking to a broker who has another multiunit listing in the same city and basically just trying to get more information about the market.As far as not having any brains, I actually think that I'm relatively intelligent (I went to a top tier eastern college, have a law degree and have been working in private practice doing high end estate planning and probate for 8 years) and going about this in a fairly reasonable way.

Most of the time I have the property owners name, phone number etc before I leave the vacant property.

With the info I provided over the phone he said I will be able to be pre approved up to 750,000.

Sorry for the sarcasm...I just had a cup of coffee...If you have the right property manager, which you can find out in a conversation with them over the phone, you will never have to worry about who is watching your house.

I worked at TCS and heard a lot of horrible stuff being said to people on the phone.

No one seems to know when it will either.Not an hour later the phone rings again and a boatload of RE unrelated personal problems drop into my lap....When it rains it pours I guess.I just went to the fridge to pour myslef a nice stiff cold drink...But guess what?

I answer one hundred and seventy five phone calls on a SLOW day and all I ever hear is how I'm not doing enough.
