Hello,I'm currently structuring a wholesale deal with seller financing. 

The nature of our business is a contractor might be great today but awful in a year or two out.

Lots of idiots out there and want to reduce the risks to the structure close to where the gas grill is.  

We have a potential deal in the works that has a business on the first floor and apartment upstairs. 

First, you have to confirm they are still doing business.

However, most of them are busy in La Jolla area.

But I've had a lot of issues with the accuracy of Zillow's estimate in terms of accuracy as it really isn't; in my opinion, structured to predict changes in rent over time or take into consideration any additional amenities or upgrades.

We have shifted our business model slightly to match up with our expected returns.  

My lease is actually structured this way.

Just moved into our place today and this will be a busy weekend, but maybe late next week.
