Are you looking to get your license to primarily represent yourself, or are you thinking of making it more into a full time job and representing yourself is an added bonus?

I used to do graphic design work so I will also make a blueprint for a lot of my construction projects but that is just a bonus. 

I will borrow from David Greene's logic here and pose 2 questions:1) Is Tucson a market where you want to have continued exposure?
