@Atwan Kwan If you can come to an agreement between the tenant and your client you can hopefully create a mutually beneficial situation.  

We focus not only on our business, but also push each other to make healthy choices and workout.

I benefit knowing that my choices have more meaning (even if only to myself).

I'm guessing everyone would agree that it's a smart choice to sell the condo?

If you can't afford a duplex then your next choice would be larger style 3 br home and rent out a room or 2, and still live in the house yourself.
