I AM a newbie with very little experience which is why I come to Biggerpockets to get advice, and figuring out which way to go at times can be tough.

I wish there was a simple list of BP podcast titles somewhere because I could probably figure out from there, but because there is not - can anyone here help?

You'll have to figure that in as well for your buyer's target profit.

They figure that they'll catch up before the eviction become final - which they usually don't , because they live paycheck to paycheck.

Ask him how long it will take and offer him that amount x 12.Having one less leg means he's probably going to hang cabinets slower than the average guy.But 12/hr is cheap.So 'man hours' would be the figure right?
