I should also point out that there is a $50 application fee for a credit/background check, and that does more to screen the "not serious" tenant more than anything else.  

But eventually I was bored and decided to find the next grand adventure; so when offered the opportunity, I bought a company that offered cloud application software for property management.  

How would you respond to application where the desired move in date is Oct 1 but we discussed Mid Sept?
