We want to travel, maybe buy a sprinter adventure van or a tiny house in the white mountains, or maybe invest in a few AIRBNB's down the road near ski areas to keep up our adventurous lifestyle (this one is more selfish but tourism in New England is great and steady).We look forward to to being regular on the forums and look forward to meeting and interacting with all the fine folks on BP.

Final thing, I noticed you don't have any closing costs, you need to budget for that unless you are anticipating the seller paying them.
