We want to travel, maybe buy a sprinter adventure van or a tiny house in the white mountains, or maybe invest in a few AIRBNB's down the road near ski areas to keep up our adventurous lifestyle (this one is more selfish but tourism in New England is great and steady).We look forward to to being regular on the forums and look forward to meeting and interacting with all the fine folks on BP.

This of course, is based on the idea that the other tenant probably isn't doing anything wrong and this person is just annoying, only you'd really know that based on your interactions with both.
