Of course the article (it is CNBC after all..) then goes on to push the pro Wall street ..anti real estate agenda....It's funny because there are many millennials that have done really well with real estate , yet I don't hear many that have been able to achieve financial independence investing in stocks.

There can be historical districts, hillside preservation districts and general anti-growth policies that you might not be aware of, and it might be difficult to become aware of unless you have operated in that space for some time. 

I have been doing some of the work myself and hiring subs for the professional tasks.

Analyzing deals is a difficult task for me as well.

You can have the tenants pay you electronically, you can pay vendors electronically, store leases, post notices, accept task requests, screen tenants, and more. 

These are typically low dollar per hour tasks that can be replaced with higher dollar per hour tasks once you start building your business. 

That may seem like a huge task, but it is manageable (trust me on this, been operating down there for 12 years already).4.

I think it just becomes anti-climatic, because you know it's there but you're still the same person, and it's a gradual process.

The quicker PM get's it off their task list, the better (in the short term).Are you familiar with any type of success alignment, incentive programs, profit sharing, etc. model successfully used between PM's and owners?

Tools are used to complete a task, simplify a task, or accelerate a task.
