If they feel this new guy is coming in demanding top market rent to live in a so, so complex they will leave.This is all a science to it but generally property managers are doing this on a larger scale I see with hundreds of units.    

Of course there could be potential IF the supply of houses in the area is low, and demand high.

Dallas county demands payment right after that particular property auction ends, while Grayson county allows you a couple of hours to pay after the auction so you can go collect your funds.  

My new property manager went there today to get animal control to take the dog.Upon arrival, she found guy and dog living in my house.

She said she is disabled and that under Fair Housing and Americans with Disabilities Act, service animals are exempt from any no pets policy.  

Supply/Demand means that land is never going to get less valuable. 

California is a completely different animal than I'm guessing most of us are used to seeing.

I'm happy with the pace for which I've been able to accumulate properties at this time.There's a large demand for SFR rentals as many people just get sick and tired of neighbors surrounding them side-to-side top-to-bottom.
