The current Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac (those are the conventional loan agencies) guidelines require proof of a 12 month lease.I'm guessing that the lender that gave you the loans for those properties didn't tell you that they would be hurting you later?

I took care of the debt immediately through the doctors office, NOT the collection agency. 

Agency is another method but higher risk because you're not getting paid while doing it. 

Most government agencies are required to respond to a complaint like this.
