I live in Philadelphia (born and raised) and I no of no areas within the Philly limits such as you this ghetto.Also, why do you suggest advertising in the Philly Gay News? 

However, if they're paying on time and are generally good tenants, and if the unit is not a non-smoking unit, I wouldn't evict.But if you want to, and you can find something in your lease to support your desire to evict, I think you should go for it. 

Looking for a adequate source of income that will allow me to earn and learn more about the inner workings of real estate investing. I have consider being a title searcher but want to know if there were better options...
