Hello,I'm looking to start house hacking and need a 2-4 unit in the Northern IL towns, North of Mundelein, East of Fox Lake, and West of Waukegan.

LLC we are starting a rehab in the West End area and we are looking for contractors and we are looking to get an estimate this week any recommendations or any available contractors let us know thanks

-Is the west side overrated? 

The areas south East and west are all more reasonable.

The same house on the east or west coast can rent for twice that of the one in the midwest.
