House hacking/roommates are a great way to get into the game too!

And I might just have to check out Las Vegas and Steve's posts.this is a very long game and I know I know the dream of living off of rental income is dream number 1 is seems in your age group these days. 

For someone that is absolutely 100% getting into this game with a long term goal to grow Grow GROW, how would you all handle this?

I had convinced myself last week to put it on MLS and sell but someone close to me said there's nothing else to buy right now and I'm better off just playing the long game until I can afford to build on the lot. 

I realize its not much but that's part of the game. 

It is always exciting to hear from investors who get into the game at an early age.  

Best bet here is to find someone who's a bit new to the game and hungry since they'll be calling owners 24/7.

Reasonably familiar with the area as I come out once every year or two for a game.
