Will it help if I get real estate license and practice as agent in my state?

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

They later corrected it after I pointing it out, but now I'm unsure if the referral agent actually exists.

I'm a licensed agent in Washington and new real estate investor..I have been looking into similar locations you have listed above.

So all funds stay separate and not commingled with other properties, is it recommended to establish Special Purpose LLC so banking can be established with this entity? 

I am based in NJ, but am targeting the South Bend, IN area for my first rental (primarily interested in long term rentals using the BRRR and buy-hold strategies).I am new to investing so I would love to connect with other investors, agents, lenders, property managers in the South Bend area or anyone who focuses on out-of-state investing as well! 

I'm currently exploring property investment opportunities in Ohio and actively seeking a buyer's agent to collaborate with.

Perhaps you'd be best to make the repairs and find an agent to help sell the property to a retail buyer.

I was also looking for an agent to help me in that area as well as for purchasing land in the Cynthiana area (to hopefully build for personal use).
