Anyone else here have experience with them?

I'm bringing in a panel of expert real estate investors with decades of experience across many different strategies.

We have a real estate attorney, but are new and hope to glean from the experience of this community. 

I often don't agree with all of the free advice that people put on here as the experience level and barrier of entry are very low.

Also, based on the need for capital, will you be operating the deal based on your experience?

What experience are you bringing to the table?

I am looking for advice from other PM Companies experience on what customers like/don't like, do's and don'ts, etc.

I'd really appreciate those who reach out and can provide further details about their real estate wholesale experiences.

With that type of experience, I might target a fix/flip or HML that has experience triggers keeping your costs low and maybe even something like deferred interest payments or bundled fees.
