I think the realistic analysis is the one on the second page showing monthly negative cash flow of a few hundred dollars a month which I’d say is a bad deal.

The script could search for the property address "1000 AA" if less than 100 results are returned for the search "1000 AA" the script would collect each result link, go to each page and "scrape" the tax account information.
