Russell Brazil Dont Be Fooled By Flipping TV Shows

I dont want to publicly shame the individuals....but after doing the math using the numbers they used on the TV show for purchases, sales and renovation costs, and estimating the carrying costs using typical hard money rates for the market where the property was....Im estimating the flip lost $13,000.

While owners/landlords will sometimes have Tenants handle repairs (perhaps up to certain dollar amount), when pressed in courts....should either party go down that path....the Landlord is required to keep the unit tenable.

You have refrigeration, Air Conditioning, a smart phone, the internet, Air Jordans, two computers, take vacations, go to college, 37 flavors of ice cream, have 365 channels of TV (I didn't say they were worth watching ;-) health insurance, life insurance, fire insurance, auto insurance, home owner's insurance, SDIRA, 401(k), plastic surgery, viagra, fast food and can call the shots of just about anything you want to do or be.I grew up in a 790 sq ft house with 4 brothers, a cousin & aunt and my folks.
