I have never been one to play video games or binge watch TV.

I will need to have a hard money lender in order to purchase my first house but am not sure if the network place on bigger pockets is the way to go.  

This may not work with a bank that may require some skin in the game.

However, I still calculate for vacancy so I don't have to reach into my pocket again for that particular property. .

I cleared out my game room in my 3 bedroom home in order to make space for a potential second roommate.
