I’m starting a wholesaling company with a friend of mine who also is very heavily interested and educated in real estate.

Finally, if you are seeking something closer to home I have great trust (as an educator and someone who has been in this space for a very long time) in Chris Tanner at New Direction Trust Company; they seem to offer many of the above options and we have investors who are very happy there.

I have done an immense amount of work in my education phase from reading a few books by Brandon Turner and Joshua Dorkin as well as listening to the BP podcast and the real estate rookie podcasts daily.

We were able to live in an area that gave our children a good education and the rental paid our very high property / school taxes.I learned to be a landlord and made good friends along the way.

Being one who’s incredibly patient and makes very educated decisions, I’m just soaking up as much knowledge via book (just read Financial Freedom with Real Estate Investing by Michael Blanks) and free audiobooks via YouTube (Rich Dad/Poor Dad, The Millionaire Real Estate Investor) and many podcasts on here.
