Make sure it's on your yearly maintenance list and that you get that done, it doesn't cost a lot to have a service company and is a potential hazard.

I would think it has a lot to do with your goals and what type of returns you are looking for that will help guide you.

There's a lot to think about when it comes to selling a rental.

You should however tighten up your lease in the future, as you have already seen there are numerous holes that need to be eliminated.

As you all know, there is A LOT to get familiar with.  

However, we are not sure if they will cost us a lot to fix.  

I have a few furnished and unfurnished executive rentals that I manage and have worked with numerous relocation companies to help fill those vacancies.
