Recently purchased my first home. What are the biggest problems new homeowners have to deal with? Is it the paperwork? Finding a good policy for mortgage/insurance?

Followed advice from two BP members and hired Kalem Williamson as a contractor - HUGE mistake,  The guy took the money and split.

I spoke with a wholesaler a while back and rookie mistake I never collected his information.

Are there any rookie mistakes or common problems to avoid?

It gives you a chance to learn how its done and avoid costly mistakes.

First of all I made a few more mistakes that included investing and I decided to change my strategy from just going in blind and looking online for good deals.

To learn, Take Action, and provide value to others so that they too, do not make the same mistakes.  

It was pretty easy and made fewer mistakes than the CPA I hired.

I would definitely check your password (if you used the same one you use for other sites) and credit card info as we have had multiple complaints from unfortunate investors like yourselves that were tricked into purchasing my stolen courses at a discount only to find out later their identities were stolen.I hope anyone else reading this avoids the same mistake and I have already filed a complaint with DMCA as well as the domain registrar of the website.

But they may just be advertising the times they were right and not their mistakes.
