Do you immediately quit driving when the check engine light comes on, or do you stop the car, call a tow truck and take it to the dealer, or do you drive a week or two or a month and then take it to Shade Tree Tony to just let him turn the light out?

We have 2 options: the first would be to deny the loan for unacceptable property since this does not appear to be a repairable item, or the other option would be to get an engineer’s foundation certification from a licensed engineer to advise what needs to be done to repair the foundation.
