especially the ones that sell for 5 to 20k there will usually be a minimum fee of 2 to 5k . basically the same amount a wholesaler may mark them up.but what I see. is wholesalers tying something up then trying to make HUGE hits on one deal.

A large portion of the calls are from wholesalers that are trying to build a buyers list or have a property that they contracted for more than it was worth and still trying to mark it up and sell.
