I have been a lender catering to funds, investors and consumers for the last 4 years but my family has owned Multifamily my entire life and it helped put me through college during the recession.

We just moved out and now he is saying I owe him the 10% difference for each of the last 12 months because we went month to month for the last year.

I am not pre-qualified for a loan, but I met with a banker last Friday and is ready to help when I find something I like.

Banks lending to IRAs will limit the LTV to 50%, sometimes 60% last I checked.
