@Dan Heuschele why does everyone in San Diego drive an old Honda Civic, sleep til 10am, and wear pajamas to the coffee shop...the simple answer is that everyone in San Diego that owns a home pulled equity and is living off it...let's talk in 15-years and we'll see how this plays out.

Maybe we could even grab a coffee or lunch one day. 

Take the condo board members out for coffee or lunch and get to know them because they are essentially the governors of the building.

I am currently in Las Vegas for my daughters' 21st birthday and would be open to meet up for Coffee. 

I know the sheets, toilet paper, pillows, mattress, etc.When my wife and I had an Airbnb, we provided coffee, shampoo and conditioner, soap, etc.  

The BP community has been great about reaching out, and I'm definitely looking forward to exploring and sharing some drinks/coffee with some members.
